基于传感技术的自动排种驱动系统研究

摘  要:
为了有效解决播种机地轮打滑的问题,从根本上改变通过停机手动调节链轮繁琐且有级地传统方式,研究了一种基于拖拉机前轮转速的排种器驱动装置,利用拖拉机的行走速度控制排种速度,从而使排种更加均匀。利用步进电动机不仅可以使排种器轴转动达到均匀排种的目的,还可以通过调节步进电机的细分数对种子的间距进行调整,达到最适合种子生长的间距,用来适应不同作物的生长条件,能够极大地改善播种质量,从而达到增产的目的。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of slipping of land wheel in seeder efficiently and change the traditional seed metering device by shutdown and manual adjustment model radically,a seed metering device drive system based on rotating speed of tractor front wheels was developed.The seed metering speed was controlled by the tractor's walking velocity,which made seed metering distribution more uniform.Stepper motor could not only drive rotating shaft of seed metering device to achieve the purpose of seeding uniformity,but also adjust the spacing of the seeds by regulating the division number of the number of stepper motor to meet the different growing conditions of crops,so that approved the seeding quality and achieved the yield-increasing purpose effectively.
