基于S7-200的大中型软体沼气工程控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对软体沼气工程中由于自动化程度低而引起的供气不足以及诸多安全问题,开发了一套以上位机台达5.7寸触摸屏和下位机西门子PLC配合现场执行结构的控制系统,实现了农村大中型软体沼气工程的安全稳定有序工作。该工程具有手动和自动功能,并联工作。通过空气能热泵沼气发电联产方式解决了沼气工程冬季产气不够用问题;通过增加自动放气排水装置和机构解决了放气排水安全问题。

摘  要:
A new control system was devoloped which solved insufficient biogas supply and many security problems due to low automation degree in the software biogas engineering,that using the DELTA 5.7 touch screen as upper computer and using Siemens PLC as the under device with the field actuator.Realized large and medium-sized software rural biogas project work securitily and stabilitily and orderly.the system has automatic functions and manual function in parallel operation.Through the air source heat pump and biogas power generation cooperation mode to solve the biogas engineering cannot produce enough problems in winter.And by increasing the automatic gas drainage device and mechanism to solve the gas drainage problem.
