农产品立体仓库堆垛机控制系统的设计研究

摘  要：
自动仓库是现代物流与计算机控制技术相结合的产物。介绍了基于触摸屏和PLC的农产品自动化立体仓库控制系统。它以三菱FX2N-80MR-001型可编程控制器为控制核心,结合三菱F940GOT-LWD-C型触摸屏,采用了光电检测、变频调速等技术,将农产品的存储过程自动化,减少了外来因素对于农产品质量的影响。此系统友好的人机界面和可靠的控制性能,使其在实际生产应用中获得了良好的效果,对于我国农产品加工储藏业的发展具有重要意义。

摘  要：
Automatic warehouse is the product combined with the concept of modern logistics and the technology of modern computer and automation.In the paper the application of TP and PLC in Automated High-rise Storage Control system of agricultural product was introduced.MITSUBISHI FX2N-80MR-001 PLC was acted as the control center of intellectual stereoscopic warehouse.We can combine PLC and MITSUBISHI F940GOT-LWD-C TP.The light and electricity checking,walking drive and so on were adopted.The control system reduced the external factor regarding the agricultural product quality.It can acquire the good effect with the convenient HMI and the reliable control performance,It was of momentous significance regarding the development of processing and preservation industry of agricultural product in China.
