混合盐碱胁迫对旱稻种子萌发的影响

摘  要：
分别用不同浓度的NaC l、Na2CO3以及二者的混合溶液处理旱稻种子,模拟中性盐、碱性盐和混合盐碱对种子萌发及一些生理指标的影响。结果表明,除低浓度NaC l促进种子萌发外,其它处理均使种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数下降,丙二醛含量升高,脯氨酸含量上升,α-淀粉酶活性降低,危害程度随着处理浓度的增大而加剧。3种处理对种子萌发的抑制程度为Na2CO3>混合盐碱>NaC l。

摘  要：
The seeds of upland rice were treated with solutions of various concentration of NaCl,Na_(2)CO_(3) and a mixture of the two on simulated natural,alkali and complex saline-alkali stress.The results showed only the low concentration of NaCl promoted the germination of the seeds,all the other treatments lowed the germination percentage,germination index and vigor index.but the MDA content and the proline content increased,the activity of the α-amylase decreased.With the increasing of the treatment concentration,the restrained degree was enlarged obviously.The order of the restrained degree along with the three treatments was Na_2CO_3>complex saline-alkali>NaCl.
