摘  要：
采用外翻肠囊和茚三酮显色法研究了鲇离体肠道对L-亮氨酸(leu)和L-苯丙氨酸(phe)的吸收转运量。结果表明,在一定的氨基酸浓度范围内,鲇离体肠道对L-亮氨酸(leu)和L-苯丙氨酸(phe)的吸收量随着其浓度的升高而增加;鲇对L-亮氨酸(leu)的吸收量高于L-苯丙氨酸(phe)。

摘  要：
The experiment was conducted to study the absorption of L-leuClne and L-phenylalanine by the isolated intestine of Silurus glanis Linnaeus,using the everted sac method and the colour development reaction of amino aCld and Ninhydrin.The experiment showed that the absorption of L-leuClne and L-phenylalanine by the isolated intestine of Silurus glanis Linnaeus was increasing with its concentration within certain concentration of amino aCld,and the absorption of L-leuClne by the intestine was higher than the absorption of L-phenylalanine.
