高校体育SPOC的构建

摘  要：
SPOC是以翻转课堂思想为理论基础的主要基于网络的课程形式,应用于高校体育即为高校体育SPOC。高校要开展体育SPOC教学,就要构建SPOC。高校体育SPOC构建应契合教学目标、保证学生的教学主体地位、在线学习和课堂教学相结合、内容和形式有机统一,以达成体育课程特定的网络化的构建目标。SPOC构建的一般程序是:规划SPOC,分解SPOC内容,制作SPOC资源,整合资源与特定网络。按照这样的目标、原则和程序构建的高校体育SPOC有助于克服传统体育教学的弊端,提高体育教学成效。

摘  要：
SPOC is a kind of online course based on the theories and ideas of flipped classroom, and when it is applied in college sports it is SPOC in college physical education. If colleges and universities want to carry out SPOC teaching, they have to construct SPOC first. The construction of SPOC in college physical education should conform to the teaching goals,guarantee the main role of students, combine online learning with classroom teaching, and make an organic unity between content and form, in order to achieve the construction goal of the specific network for physical education. The general procedure of SPOC construction is: planning SPOC, decomposing the SPOC contents, developing SPOC resources, and integrating resources with specific network. In accordance with such objectives, principles and procedures the construction of SPOC in college physical education will be conductive to overcome the disadvantages of traditional sports teaching and improve the effectiveness of physical education.
