持续饥饿对乌江中华倒刺鲃仔鱼个体生长及肠道发育的影响

摘  要:
为探究持续饥饿对乌江中华倒刺鲃仔鱼个体生长发育和消化道发育的影响,在实验室内进行了开口后仔鱼的饥饿实验。结果显示,饥饿仔鱼的全长、体质量、肠长和口裂宽都表现出一定程度的减小,并且随着饥饿时间的延长,和正常投喂组出现明显差异。饥饿仔鱼的头长先出现略微的缩短,随后出现补偿性生长。在实际苗种生产过程中,需即时把握开口仔鱼的投喂时间,保证仔鱼的数量和质量。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of continuous starvation on the growth and intestinal development of larval Spinibarbus sinensis, a starvation experiment was carried out in the laboratory.The results showed that the total length, body weight, intestine length and width of mouthcleft decreased to some extent, and with the extension of starvation time, there were significant differences between the starvation group and the normal group.The head length of starving larvae first shortened slightly, and then developed compensatory growth. It is necessary to grasp the feeding time of larva in larval production process so as to ensure the quantity and quality of larvae.
