以丹参药渣为原料,药用真菌为主的多菌种混合发酵生产富含真菌多糖生物饲料进行了初步研究。对收集的15株药用真菌进行了初筛与复筛,其中灵芝G1具有较快生长速度和较高的生物量。以灵芝G1、植物乳杆菌L01、产朊假丝酵母C01为发酵菌种,优化了丹参药渣固态发酵中3个重要的参数初始水分含量、原料配比及灵芝G1液体菌种添加量,其结果表明初始水分含量为65%,丹参与麸皮比例为75??25,灵芝G1接种量为15%时,可溶性多糖含量与发酵前基质相比有较大幅度的提高,其增加率为103.8%,真蛋白含量有也所提高,增加率为14.3%,但粗蛋白含量无明显变化。

Medicinal fungi polysaccharides biological feed from salvia residues was studied preliminarily through multiple strains mixed fermentation with medicinal fungi as primary strain. Ganoderma lucidum G1 has the fast growth speed and higher biomass on salvia residues media among 15 strains medicinal fungi. On this basis, three important parameters( initial water content, raw material ratios and Ganoderma lucidum G1 inoculation quantity) were optimized by fermentation with Ganoderma lucidum G1, Lactobacillus plantarum L01 and Candida tropicalis C01 on salvia residues. The results show that soluble polysaccharide content was greatly increased compared with before fermentation with initial water content, salvia residues and bran a ratio and ganoderma lucidum G1 inoculation quantity at 65%,75..25 and 15% respectively, which increase rate reached 103.8%. Also, the true protein content was increased, which increase rate reached 14.3%, but the crude protein content had no significant change.
