高效液相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量

摘  要:
建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的方法,即面粉中过氧化苯甲酰不经还原,直接以石油醚提取,然后用高效液相色谱法定量,采用Spherisorb ODS-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm ID,5μm)分离,以乙腈-0.5%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为3∶1)为流动相,紫外检测器230 nm波长下检测。结果表明,过氧化苯甲酰测定线性范围在0.001~1.000 g.kg-1之间,回收率为90%~100%,相对标准偏差为11.9%。可见此方法是测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量的一种简单快捷方法。

摘  要:
In this paper,a method for determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Benzoyl peroxide was extracted by diethyl ether directly,then analyzed by HPLC,a column of spherisorb ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm,250 mm ID,5 μm) was employed.Benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour was well separated with the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-0.5% H_3PO_4(3∶1).The elute was monitored at 230 nm.A working curve was obtained with the linearity ranged from 0.001 g·kg~(-1) to 1.000 g·kg~(-1).The recovery varied from 90% to 100% and relative standard deviation(RSD) is 11.9 among three injections.The result shows that the reported method is a simple method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour.
