绞股蓝总皂甙对热应激肉鸡免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
选取健康的艾维因商品肉鸡建立免疫抑制模型,并对其进行高热刺激,测定外周血T、B淋巴细胞转化率等指标,获得了免疫抑制剂与热应激互作降低了鸡外周T、B淋巴细胞转化率。证实了饲粮添加绞股蓝总皂甙显著提高了外周血T、B淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01),从而显著提高热应激条件下肉鸡的免疫功能。

摘  要:
To assess the effects of gypenosides on the immune system during heat stress and establish immunosuppression model,healthy Avian broilers,broiler chicks were treated with cyclophosphamide by intramuscular injection.Half of the animals were administrated basal feed plus gypenosides.As a results,T and B lymphocyte transformation rates were reduced by interaction of heat stress and immunosuppression.However,all the above indexes in broiler treated with gypenosides showed significant increase.Thus it was indicated that gypenosides enhanced immune function of broiler chickens.
