水蜡树果中多糖的提取纯化及其抗氧化性

摘  要:
为探索水蜡树果中多糖的提取纯化方法及其体外抗氧化活性,采用水提醇沉法提取水蜡树果中多糖,并考察了水蜡树果多糖对羟基自由基(.OH)、超氧自由基(O2-.)和DPPH自由基(DPPH.)的清除效果。结果表明,水蜡树果多糖的含量为0.224mg/g,方法回收率在97.70%~100.51%,RSD为0.379%。说明,水蜡树果多糖具有很强的抗氧化活性,是天然的抗氧化剂,对疾病的治疗、食品领域及化妆品产业均有开发利用价值。

摘  要:
The methods of water extraction and alcohol precipitation were used to explore the extraction and purification of polysaccharide from L.obtusifoilum fruit and its oxidation resistance.And the elimination effects of polysaccharide on hydroxyl radical(·OH),superoxide radical(O2-·) and DPPH free radical(DPPH·) were studied.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide in L.obtusifoilum fruit was 0.224%.The recovery rate was 97.70%~100.51% with RSD of 0.379%.All above indicated that the polysaccharide of L.obtusifoilum fruit was a natural antioxidant with strong activity of oxidation resistance,and it had values for exploitation and utilization in disease treatment,food industry and cosmetics industries.
