女贞子和水蜡树果实中多糖与总黄酮含量比较

摘  要：
以乙醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取女贞子和水蜡树果实中的总黄酮,用蒸馏水提取其中的多糖。采用紫外—可见光谱法对总黄酮和多糖含量进行测定。结果表明,水蜡树果和女贞子中总黄酮与多糖含量分别为1.788%、2.036%和8.789%、9.476%。

摘  要：
With ethanol as solvent,the total flavonoids was extracted from Ligustrum lucidum Ait.and Ligustrum obtusifolium sieb.Et Zucc fruit by using Soxhlet extraction and their polysaccharides was extracted with distilled water.The contents of total flavonoids and polysaccharides were determined by using UV-visible spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and polysaccharides in L.obtusifolium fruit and L.lucidum were 1.788%,2.036% and 8.789%,9.476% resp.
