不同基质对互叶醉鱼草扦插繁殖的影响

摘  要:
为了寻找出适合西藏自治区的互叶醉鱼草扦插繁殖基质,采用沙子、腐殖质、沙壤土、珍珠岩、蛭石分别组合成不同扦插基质配比处理,实施了互叶醉鱼草扦插试验。结果表明,不同基质配比组合对互叶醉鱼草插穗的生根率﹑生根数﹑生根长度和新生枝条长度都有促进作用;其中珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1组合的效果最好,成活率达到了76.8%,单穗生根数有4.1条,生根长度为5.43 cm,新生枝条长度为8.36 cm;分别比对照沙壤土提高了91.04%、115.79%、130.08%、134.83%。其次是沙壤土∶腐殖质∶沙子=1∶1∶1组合,成活率达到了73.2%,单穗生根数有3.7条,生根长度为5.17 cm,新生枝条长度为8.35 cm;分别比对照提高了82.09%、94.74%、119.07%、134.55%。从经济角度考虑,在西藏自治区采用沙壤土∶腐殖质∶沙子=1∶1∶1的基质配比组合效果最佳,既实用又经济,并且方法简单、技术易掌握、育苗成本低,便于在当地大面积推广。

摘  要:
In order to find a suitable matrix for cutting propagation of Buddleja alternifolia Maxim.in Tibet,sand,humus,sandy loam soil,perlite,vermiculite were combine respectively and used as substrate for cutting of B.alternifolia.Results revealed promotion effect of different substrate combinations on rooting rate,rooting number,root length and newborn shoot length of B.alternifolia,among which perlite ∶ vermiculite =1 ∶ 1 combination worked the best,as the survival rate reached to 76.8%,roots per single cutting was 4.1,root length was 5.43 cm,and length of new branches was 8.36 cm,which was increased by 91.04%,115.79%,130.08%,134.83% respectively compared with sandy loam soil.The effect of sandy loam ∶ humic substances ∶ sand = 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1 was the next,as the survival rate was 73.2%,roots per single cutting was 3.7,root length was 5.17 cm,length of new branches was 8.35 cm,which was increased by 82.09%,94.74%,119.07%,134.55% compared with control.From the view of economy,the combination of sandy loam ∶ humic substances ∶ sand =1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1 was the optimal choice,practical,economic;the method was simple,easy to grasp,with low cost,easy to promotion.
