互叶醉鱼草组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
以互叶醉鱼草的带腋芽茎段为外植体进行组织培养试验,结果表明,互叶醉鱼草的最佳启动培养基为MS+BA0.8 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L;增殖培养基为MS+BA0.4 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L;生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,生根率达100%,平均生根条数最多,为5.5条/株,根长最长,为2.2cm/条。

摘  要:
The results showed that the average survival bud rate of stem sections of Buddleja alternifolia with an axillary bud cultured on MS +BA 0.8mg/L+NAA 0.3mg/L was 56.7%,the multiplication coefficient of induced buds cultured on MS+BA 0.4mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L was up to 3.4,and the rooting rate,average highest rooting number per plant and longest root of sound plantlets cultured on 1/2MS+IBA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L reached 100%,5.5 and 2.2cm respectively.
