响应面法优化栀子油的脱色工艺

摘  要:
以栀子油为原料,采用活性白土对其进行脱色,通过单因素试验和响应面法,采用多元二次回归方程拟合确定了适宜的反应条件为脱色温度71℃,白土用量4%(质量分数),脱色时间33 min,在此条件下脱色率可达到79.40%。

摘  要:
Activated bleaching earth was used to decolorize gardenia oil,single factor test and response surface method were adopted to optimize decolorization craft.According to the multiple quadratic regression equation fitted,the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows,decolorization temperature,71 ℃;Mass ratio of activated bleaching earth to gardenia oil,4%;Decolorization time,33 min.Under these conditions,the decolorization rate could reach 79.40%.
