LPG单燃料汽车的研究与开发

摘  要:
应用LPG作为车用代用燃料,将帕萨特2.0轿车改造为LPG单燃料汽车,提出了LPG单燃料车辆的改进方案,设计出一套LPG单燃料电控喷射系统,研究了LPG单燃料车辆的实际应用性。通过发动机台架试验和整车试验证实,经过匹配的帕萨特2.0单燃料汽车在CO和NOx排放方面能够实现低排放,发动机在燃用LPG时最大扭矩向低转速区移动,动力性略低于原机。

摘  要:
LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) was used as alternative fuel; Passat2.0 vehicle was designed and converted to LPG single fuel vehicle. The design method about LPG vehicle was constructed, single fuel (LPG) electric control injection system was designed, and LPG vehicle practicality was studied and discussed. The engine experimental tests and whole vehicle tests show that when LPG single fuel vehicle operates, NOx and CO reductions are much more than the original, torque characteristics leans to the low speed field, power characteristics is a little lower than the original.
