摘 要：
在鸡日粮中添加桑叶粉,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。试验结果:鸡群整体状况正常,未出现破壳蛋、软壳蛋及畸形蛋,鸡蛋的主要指标和蛋黄中主要营养成分无明显差异,但蛋黄的黄色明显加重,且随着桑叶添食量的增加越发明显。

摘 要：
The paper studied the effect of adding mulberry leaf powder in chicken feed on layer's production performance and egg variety.The results show that the chickens were all normal,there were no broken eggs,soft shell eggs and malformation eggs.Main indexes of eggs and main nutrition contents in yolk were of no significant differences,but the yellowness of yolk was significantly obvious,and becoming more and more obvious with the addition of mulberry leaves.
