水培蔬菜的种植模式、品质及其应用研究进展

摘  要：
水培技术是无土栽培中较为先进的一种,随着社会经济的迅速发展,作为无公害农业的象征,水培蔬菜受到各级政府和广大消费者的重视。近年来,水培技术的研究更趋完善,种植形式也日益丰富;其在水质改善方面的作用受到广泛关注;而随着水培蔬菜逐渐进入人们的生活,其与传统蔬菜在营养价值和品质安全等方面的差异也引起了某些争议。基于此,从水培蔬菜种植形式、水培蔬菜与传统蔬菜在营养和品质上的比较以及水培蔬菜水质改善效果等3个方面进行综述,以期为我国水培蔬菜产业的进一步发展提供参考和借鉴。

摘  要：
Hydroponic culture is a kind of advanced cultivation method in soilless culture. With the rapid development of our national economy, hydroponic culture is regarded as the symbol of pollution-free agriculture, which is valued by governments at all levels and people. In recent years, due to the in-depth research on hydroponics, the technology has been improved and the cultivation forms have become more abundant. In addition, the research of water quality improvement based on hydroponics technology has been paid much attention. Moreover, as hydroponic vegetables gradually enter our lives, the difference between hydroponic and traditional vegetables in terms of nutritional value and quality safety has caused some controversy. Based on this, the hydroponic vegetable planting form, hydroponic vegetable water quality improvement effect, hydroponic vegetable and traditional vegetable nutrition and quality comparison have been summarized, which provide the reference for the further development of hydroponic vegetable industry in our country.
