我国保健啤酒标准制定相关问题的初步探讨

摘  要:
我国保健啤酒行业近几年发展迅速,但保健啤酒标准的修订、更新非常缓慢,已经跟不上现代生产的快速发展要求。本文对保健啤酒标准的进行了初步探讨,提出了保健啤酒标准的制定应该重点规范的几个方面,对我国保健啤酒标准的制定具有很现实的指导意义。

摘  要:
The healthy beer industry is experienced fast development in recent years,however,the revision and updating of its standard has lagged behind and could not meet the current industry demands.In this paper,the crucial issue in formulation of standards for the healthy beer was proposed,which could be used reference for establishing the standards.
