摘  要:
牡丹连作障碍严重危害牡丹的生长发育,其形成原因复杂,最新研究显示,牡丹连作障碍与根际微生物菌群结构的变化具有一定的相关性。根据近年来国内外关于牡丹与根际微生物互作的研究成果,对牡丹根际微生物的多样性、牡丹与根际微生物的相互作用、牡丹连作障碍与根际微生物的关系等方面的研究进展进行综述,提出了今后牡丹根际微生物方面需要深入研究的几个问题,以期从根际微生物种群动态变化的角度认识牡丹连作障碍的原因并为其防治提供思路。

摘  要:
The continuous cropping obstacle devastates tree peony growth and development,and its formation is complex. The latest research results revealed its close association with the changes of rhizosphere microbial community structure. In this paper,the latest results and trends about tree peony rhizosphere microbiome research were reviewed. This review summarized tree peony rhizosphere microbial diversity,interaction between tree peony and rhizosphere microorganisms,and the causes of tree peony continuous cropping obstacle. The relationship was comprehensively analysed between tree peony rhizosphere microorganism and continuous cropping obstacle. In summary,a new perspective for the causes of tree peony continuous cropping obstacle and possible prevention regimen had been arisen from better understanding the association between continuous cropping obstacle and the dynamic changes of rhizosphere soil microbial population. On this basis,the future research and development direction of rhizospheric microorganism of tree peony were proposed.
