RAFT聚合制备嵌段分散剂及其在干悬浮剂中的性能研究

摘  要:
依据干悬浮剂吸附机理、空间稳定机理,基于可逆加成断裂活性自由基聚合技术,设计合成了两端亲油,中间亲水,侧链带有苯环、羧基的"BAB"型嵌段聚合分散剂。聚合过程符合一级动力学特征,产品数均分子质量M_n=1.33×10~4,PDI=1.13,与理论值相近。将其应用于80%烯酰吗啉干悬浮剂中,XPS与FTIR等分析结果表明,该分散剂单分子层多点物理吸附于农药颗粒表面,吸附层厚度为1.29 nm,制剂zeta电位绝对值呈先增大后平稳趋势。

摘  要:
"BAB" block macromolecular dispersant was designed and prepared based on reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization.The dispersant had structure of lipophilic chains with hydrophilic chains end-capped,and side chains with benzene ring and carboxylates.This polymerization process has the characteristics of first order kinetics.The number-average molecular of the product was 1.33 ×10~4,and the corresponding polydispersity was 1.13 with a narrow molecular distribution.The adsorption behavior of dispersant on dimethomorph was confirmed as physical interaction,monolayer and multi adsorption by FTIR and XPS.The thickness of adsorbent layer on the surface of dimethomorph was 1.29 nm.The zeta potential of dimethomorph 80% dry flowable(DF) increased first and then kept stable with high suspensibility.
