素有"中国食用菌之城"的牡丹江,近年来将打造食用菌作为经济发展的优先产业。如何利用可用资源,发展食用菌经济在牡丹江食用菌发展过程中意义重大。将循环经济的概念和范式引入食用菌产地,能够为食用菌整个行业的发展带来的巨大的促进作用。针对牡丹江地区食用菌循环经济的基本状况,以小见大地提出地食用菌行业循环经济优化的策略,为促进食用菌循环经济的发展提供可供借鉴的参考。

摘  要：
Mudanjiang, which has always been the "City of China's Edible Fungi", will build edible fungi as a priority industry for economic development in recent years. How to use available resources to develop edible mushroom economy is of great significance in the development of edible fungi in Mudanjiang. Introducing the concept and paradigm of circular economy into the edible fungus producing area can greatly promote the development of the whole industry of edible fungi. Aiming at the basic situation of edible fungus recycling economy in Mudanjiang area, the strategy of optimizing the circular economy of edible fungi industry proposed by Xiaomi land is to provide reference for promoting the development of edible fungus recycling economy.
