拟南芥油菜素内酯的合成、修饰、信号转导及其在农作物育种中的应用研究进展

摘  要:
油菜素内酯(brassinosteroid,BR)在植物生长、发育过程中起着非常重要的调节作用。概述了模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)中BR的合成、修饰及信号转导过程,并从3个方面阐述了拟南芥BR研究在农作物育种中的应用,最后对拟南芥BR研究在农作物育种工作的发展进行了展望。

摘  要:
As a requisite plant hormone in plant growth,brassinosteroid( BR) is involved in a series of development processes. This paper provides an overview of the synthesis,modification and signal transduction of BR in model plants Arabidopsis thaliana,and the application of Arabidopsis BR research in crop breeding was introduced from three parts. At last,the further development of Arabidopsis BR research in crop breeding was forecasted.
