野坝子及其蜂蜜的研究进展

摘  要：
野坝子为中国西南山区主要秋冬季蜜源植物,别名:地坛香、野巴子、狗尾巴香、香苏草、野坝蒿等。花期在10月下旬至12月上旬,主要开花流蜜期30～40天。野坝子花粉较少,其蜂蜜呈浅绿色,具清香味,极易结晶,结晶后乳白色,细腻紧密,质地较硬,甜而芳香,为上等蜜。综述了蜜源植物野坝子及其蜂蜜的研究进展,同时对将来的研究方向进行了探讨。

摘  要：
Elsholtzia rugulosa Hems-L.is an especially nectariferous plant in southwest of China,local people name it Di Tanxiang,Xiang Sucao and so on.The flowering period during last third of the October to the first ten days of December,and the florescence have thirty to forty days.The Elsholtzia rugulosa Hems-L.have less pollen,the honey are aquamarine,with clear fragrance,highly become crystal.This paper Studies on nectariferous botany,physical and chemical analysis,mineral elements and trace elements analysis for Elsholtzia rugulosa Hems-L.and honey,and discussed directions of future research.
