摘  要:
随着国际粮油价格的走高和食品加工业的不断发展,各种薯类产品越来越受到人们的青睐。四川省是我国薯类的主要种植区,通过对四川省薯类产业竞争力因素的分析,提出了四川省薯类产业应实现规模化种植,采用延长产业链的加工方式,加强科学技术的应用和政府引导、扶持的可持续发展对策。

摘  要:
With the going up of international grain and oil price and the development of food processing industry,various potato products are increasingly concerned by people of all ages.Sichuan province is one of the major potato planting areas in China.By analyzing the competitiveness factors of potato industry in Sichuan province,countermeasures such as extending the industrial chain of processing,increasing the application of science and technology and strengthening the guidance and support of government were proposed so as to realize the sustainable development of potato industry in Sichuan province.
