略论建国初期黔东南少数民族地区的农具推广工作

摘  要：
建国初期,推广新式农具是逐步实现农业技术改造和保证农业增产的重要措施。在党和人民政府的领导下,黔东南少数民族地区大力开展了农具推广工作。虽然一些地区没有根据农村实际情况,盲目推广农具,造成了一定的资源浪费,农具推广没有达到预期的目标。但总的说来,这一时期黔东南少数民族地区农具的推广,改善了农业生产条件,提高了生产效率,推动了农业生产的发展。

摘  要：
In the early days of the People 's Republic of China,promoting new farming tools was an important measure to achieve technological transformation little by little in the field of agriculture and ensure the growth of agricultural production.Under the leadership of the Party and the people's government,this work was vigorously developed in the ethnic minority areas of southeast Guizhou.Although there were some blind promotions which did not based on the local situation in some areas and resulted in some waste of resources and the failure to achieve the expecting goals,the promotion of farming tools in the ethnic minority areas of southeast Guizhou improved the plant conditions and productive efficiency and stimulated the development of local agriculture.
