摘  要：
建国初期的苏南土地改革废除了传统租佃制度,代之而起的公粮(农业税)体制逐渐将先前的地租与赋税整合为一。国家借助"公粮"这一符号控制了乡村最重要的经济资源,推动了政权的合法性建构,为工业化奠定了基础;农民负担公粮的角色转移及其抵制反应,强化了国家对农业生产的干预,无形之中促成了统购统销分配机制的建立,同时农产品处置权的缺失导致了农民地权的不完整。

摘  要：
The land reform in southern Jiangsu during early P.R.C abolished traditional farm tenancy,instead agricultural tax consolidated pristine rental and cess. The new regime controlled the most important economic resources from countryside,gained its own validity,and established the foundation for industrialization. However,the role alteration of peasants' burden and their resistance strengthened intervention level of the country. It virtually facilitated planned purchase and supply. At the same time,the deficiency of disposition on agricultural products gave rise to incomplete peasant ownership of land.
