高通量RNAi及其在细胞生物学特性研究中的应用

摘  要:
高通量RNAi(high-throughput screens HTSs)技术是近年来基因功能研究的高效工具。现已在多个物种的细胞内进行了大量基因组范围RNAi高通量筛选,用于研究多种不同的生物学过程,为生物医学研究提供了技术基础。就高通量RNAi技术原理、实验操作及其在研究与细胞生物特性相关基因中的主要应用进展进行了综述。

摘  要:
RNAi high-throughput screens( HTSs) is an effective tool for analysis of gene function in genome-scale. Now a number of genomescale RNAi HTSs have been done in cultured cells of many species to study diverse biological processes. The RNAi HTSs have made important contributions to the developments of biomedicine. The RNAi technology principle,experimental manipulation and its application in the related gene of cell biology research were reviewed.
