摘  要:
本文对EGSB反应器处理高浓度自配有机废水进行了较系统地研究 ,研究表明中温条件下 (31~ 35℃ ) ,进水COD浓度为 82 0 0~ 90 0 0mg·L- 1,Vup为 2 .9m·h- 1时 ,进水COD负荷可以达到4 2kg·m- 3d- 1,COD去除率最高可达 98% ;水力上升流速在一定范围内的增加 (2~ 4m·h- 1)有利于反应器COD去除率的提高 ,但过高的水力上升流速 (大于 6m·h- 1)并不会提高反应器的运行效果 ,相反会影响颗粒污泥结构的稳定 ,造成颗粒污泥解体 ;UASB反应器内培养的颗粒污泥直接转移到EGSB反应器内培养时 ,需要经过一个污泥转型期

摘  要:
A systematic study was conducted on EGSB reactor treating high strength organic synthetic wastewater, the performances of the reactor with anaerobic granular sludge as seed and the effects of different liquid upflow velocity (V up ) were investigated. Under mesophilic conditions (31~35?℃), the COD removal efficiency of EGSB reactor could reach 98?% with COD volumetric loading rate (OLR) up to 42 kg·m -3 d -1 , influent COD concentration 8?200~9?000?mg·L -1 and V up 2.9 m·h -1 . The increase of liquid upflow velocity from 2 m·h -1 to 4 m·h -1 could improve the COD removal efficiency, but further increase (above 6 m·h -1 ) would impair the stabilization of granular sludge structure and consequently disintegrate the granule. A transition period of granular sludge was observed when the granule seeded from an UASB reactor into EGSB reactor directly.
