EGSB反应器的动力学模型研究(1)——模型的建立

摘  要:
本文基于Monod方程,对膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)反应器建立了动力学模型。该模型将厌氧体系中的微生物简化为两大类,即产酸菌和产甲烷菌,并考虑了其生长和衰亡的动力学过程;将厌氧消化过程简化为碳水化合物的发酵产酸、挥发性脂肪酸产甲烷两个子过程;还引入了厌氧缓冲体系中的各类物化平衡;在已知进水水质和有关运行参数的条件下,模型可以预测出EGSB反应器出水COD和VFA浓度、反应器内部pH值和碱度变化、沼气产量及气相组成。

摘  要:
Based on Monod equation, a dynamic model on EGSB reactor was developed in this paper. The model simplified the microorganisms in anaerobic system as two genera, i.e., acidigens and methanogens whose growth and decay process were taken into account; and simplified the anaerobic digestion process into two sub-processes, i.e., acidification of carbohydrates and methane production from volatile fat acid. Also, the physichemical equilibriums were introduced. Under the condition when influent quality and operation parameter were given, the model can predict effluent COD and VFA concentrations of EGSB reactor, internal pH value and change of alkalinity of the reactor, biogas yield and its composition.
