摘 要:
【目的】研究长大母猪主要繁殖性状间的相互影响及其回归关系,明确现代化养殖条件下母猪的最佳带仔哺乳数。【方法】以同1个月内(10月1~31日)由2~6胎全体长大母猪所产118窝且均由亲本母猪带仔哺乳的1350头杜长大初生活仔猪为研究对象,根据仔猪初生重相近的原则,分为A(6~9头)、AB(10头)、BC(11~12头)、C(13头)、D(14~15头)、E(16~17头)等6个试验组,然后对母猪的繁殖性状进行方差分析与相关性分析。【结果】长大母猪以窝产活仔数为13头时的综合表现最佳;窝产活仔数在11~13头时,采取21日龄早期断奶均能达到理想的生长速度。随着窝产活仔数的增多,初生重和断奶重呈明显下降趋势;当窝产活仔数超多(≥16头)时,甚至会导致断奶窝重与断奶成活率显著下降(P<0.05)。窝产活仔数与初生窝重对断奶窝重(+)及断奶成活率(-)能产生极显著影响(P<0.01,下同),但影响结果相反;而初生重仅对断奶重(+)及断奶成活率(+)产生极显著影响,对断奶窝重无显著影响(P>0.05)。通过繁殖性状间的回归分析所建立的回归方程均达极显著水平,即各自变量(断奶头数、断奶重、断奶窝重和断奶成活率)对于依变量(窝产活仔数、初生重、初生窝重)存在真实的回归关系。【结论】在现代化养殖条件下,规模猪场应采用21日龄早期断奶技术,并通过相应的技术手段与管理措施,将母猪带仔哺乳数调整为11~13头,以获得经济指标和技术指标的双赢。

【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate interaction effects and regression relation between reproductive traits for hybrid sow of Landrace×Yorkshire, in order to confirm optimum number of sucking piglets per sow under modern breeding condition. 【Method 】The 1350 hybrid piglets of Duroc ×Landrace ×Yorkshire from 118 litters were used as materials, which were given birth to by Landrace×Yorkshire hybrid sows of 2-6 fetuses from 1 to 31 October and suckled by parental sow. And these piglets were divided into 6 groups viz., Group A( 6- 9 piglets),Group AB(10 piglets), Group BC(11-12 piglets), Group C(13 piglets), Group D(14-15 piglets) and Group E(16-17piglets) based on piglets with less birth weight difference. Then the interaction effects and regression relation between reproductive traits for Landrace×Yorkshire hybrid sow were studied by ANOVA and correlation analysis. 【Result】The comprehensive performance of hybrid sow was optimal when the number of piglets born alive per litter was 13, and the growth of early-weaning piglet at 21 days of age could reach ideal speed when the number of piglets born alive per litter was 11-13. With the increase of number of piglets born alive per litter, the birth weight and weaning weight of piglets decreased significantly; when the number of piglets born alive per litter was more than or equal to 16, the litter weight and survival rate of weaning piglets decreased significantly(P<0.05). In addition, the number of piglets born alive per litter and litter weight at birth had extremely significant influence on litter weight(+) and survival rate of weaning piglets(-)(P<0.01, the same below). In contrast, the birth weight had extremely significant influence on weight(+) and survival rate of weaning piglets(+)(P>0.05), while had non-significant influence on weaning litter weight. Regression equation was set up based on regressive analysis of reproductive traits, which showed that there was significant regression relationship between independent variables(litter size at weaning, litter weight at weaning and survival rate at weaning) and the dependent variables(number born alive per litter, birth weight, litter weight at birth). 【Conclusion】The technique of early weaning at 21 days of age can be applied to obtain ideal economic and technical indexes under modern breeding condition when the number of sucking piglets per sow is adjusted to 11-13 by corresponding technology and management measures.
