枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对长大母猪生产性能效应试验

摘  要:
选择2~8胎、健康的妊娠30 d长大母猪60头,按随机区组分为2组,每组30头.试验从母猪妊娠30 d开始至哺乳仔猪28 d断奶结束.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组妊娠母猪、哺乳母猪饲喂基础饲粮+0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌制剂.结果表明,妊娠母猪总产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重、初生个体重分别较对照组提高13.47%、8.83%、9.66%、0.61%(P>0.05);28日龄断奶窝重、 断奶个体重、断奶仔猪日增重、断奶成活率分别较对照组提高13.93%、6.54%、10.62%、1.74%(P>0.05),仔猪腹泻率降低45.94%(P<0.05).妊娠期母猪日均采食量增加6.40%(P>0.05),日均粪便重量减少8.43%(P<0.05),粪便pH降低5.56%(P>0.05);哺乳期母猪日均采食量提高5.23%(P>0.05),日均粪便重量减少11.84%(P<0.05),粪便pH降低6.77%(P>0.05).该试验表明,枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可提高母猪生产力水平、饲料转化率及哺乳仔猪健康.

摘  要:
Sixty LY sows with 2 to 8 fetuses and a healthy pregnancy of 30 days were selected and divided into2 groups with 30 pigs in each group. The experiment was conducted from the thirty days of gestation to the 28 th day of weaning. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the pregnant sows and lactating sows of the test group were fed with basic diet+0.1% bacillus subtilis preparation. The results showed that the total litter size,live litter size, birth litter weight and average birth weight of pregnant sows were increased by 13.47%, 8.83%,9.66% and 0.61%, respectively, compared with the control group(P>0.05). The weaning litter weight, average weaning weight, daily weight gain and survival rate of weaned piglets at 28 days were 13.93%, 6.54%, 10.62%and 1.74% higher than the control group, respectively(P>0.05), and diarrhea rate of piglets decreased by 45.94%(P<0.05). The average daily feed intake of pregnant sows increased by 6.40%(P>0.05), the average daily fecal weight decreased by 8.43%(P<0.05), and the fecal pH decreased by 5.56%(P>0.05). The average daily feed intake of lactating sows increased by 5.23%(P>0.05), the average daily fecal weight decreased by 11.84%(P<0.05),and the fecal pH decreased by 6.77%(P>0.05). The results showed that bacillus subtilis preparation could improve sow productivity, feed conversion and health of Suckling piglets.
