摘  要:
对水分在14.5%左右的晚籼稻谷,采用通风降温、控温储藏、密闭熏蒸等综合手段,通过两年的储藏,储藏安全,品质良好,可见在长江下游地区水分14.5%以下的晚籼稻可以安全度夏。

摘  要:
A comprehensive technology such as mechanical ventilation for lowering temperature, keeping temperature storage, seal and fumigation, was used in storage of late indica rice with 14.5% moisture content. The results showed that the indica rice was safety, and the quality was good. It showed that indica rice with moisture content below 14.5% can spend summer safely in lower reaches of Changjiang River.
