湖北建始丹皮HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘  要:
为了建立湖北省建始县丹皮的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长242 nm,柱温25℃。对建始丹皮10批次药材进行指纹图谱分析,通过HPLC技术指认指纹图谱共有12个共有峰,相似度0.926~0.995。结果表明,该方法具有较好的准确性和稳定性,10个批次的丹皮样品生成的指纹图谱可作为建始丹皮的标准指纹图谱。

摘  要:
To build HPLC fingerprints of cortex moutan from Jianshi county in Hubei province and provide reliable ways for scientific evaluation and effective control of quality, the samples were separated on chromatographic column C18 with mobile phase of CH3 OH-H2 O in a linear gradients manner at room temperature. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the wavelength of detection was 242 nm. The fingerprints of cortex moutan from 10 batches of samples from Jianshi county in Hubei province were analyzed and identified by HPLC. Results showed that there were twelve common peaks with the total peak area ac- counting for 94.41%~98.24% and the similarity of various fingerprints reaching among 0.926~0.995. The results indicated that the method had better accuracy and stability. The fingerprints from 10 batches of cortex moutan samples could be used as the standard fingerprints for Jianshi county in Hubei provence.
