用不同方法提取山苍子油的比较研究

摘  要:
采用超声微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子干果中山苍子油。通过单因素实验对提取工艺进行了优化,超声微波协同提取法的提取条件为:微波功率100 W,液料比20︰1,提取时间2 h,得率为3.22%;微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法的提取条件为:微波功率100 W,液料比20︰1,提取时间2 h,得率为3.20%;在液料比为20︰1,提取时间为4h的条件下,普通水蒸气蒸馏法的得率为3.17%。

摘  要:
Ultrasonic and microwave-assisted steam distillation(UMASD), microwave-assisted steam distillation(MASD) and steam distillation(SD) were used to extract essential oil from dried Litsea cubeba fruits. The extraction process was optimized by single factor experiments. The extraction yield of UMASD was 3.22% under the optimum conditions of microwave power 100W, liquid to solid ratio 20 ︰ 1 and extraction time 2 hours. The extraction yield of MASD was 3.20% under the optimum conditions of microwave power 100 W, liquid to solid ratio 20 ︰ 1 and extraction time 2 hours. The extraction yield of SD was 3.17% under liquid to solid ratio 20 ︰ 1 and extraction time 4 hours.
