肠黏膜屏障及免疫因素对炎症性肠病调节机制研究进展

摘  要：
炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种病因和发病机制尚不清楚且比较常见的炎症性疾病,包括克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)。多数学者认为导致肠道疾病的发生是由多种因素引起的,包括肠黏膜屏障缺损、肠黏膜免疫调节异常、持续肠道感染、遗传和环境等因素。其中,肠黏膜屏障及相关免疫因素在炎症性肠病发病机制中尤为重要。本文从肠黏膜屏障和免疫因素两方面对炎症性肠病的调节机制进行阐述,旨在为炎症性肠病的治疗提供理论依据。

摘  要：
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) was a recurrent inflammatory disease of unknown etiology and pathogenesis,including ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn?s disease(CD).At present,most scholars believe that continuous intestinal infection,intestinal mucosal barrier defect,intestinal mucosal immune regulation abnormalities,genetic and environmental factors work together to cause the occurrence of intestinal diseases,among which the intestinal mucosal barrier and related immune factors are particularly important in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.In this paper,the regulatory mechanism of inflammatory bowel disease is discussed from two aspects of intestinal mucosal barrier and immune factors,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
