饲粮中添加纤维寡糖对生长猪生长性能、结肠菌群和肠黏膜通透性的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的纤维寡糖对生长猪生长性能、结肠菌群和肠黏膜通透性的影响。将96头体重约为20 kg的"杜×长×大"生长猪按饲养试验要求分成4组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%纤维寡糖的试验饲粮,每组3个重复,每个重复8头猪,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2%纤维寡糖使生长猪平均日增重显著提高了7.51%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低了5.93%(P<0.05),并显著增加了结肠中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高了结肠上皮细胞跨膜电阻(P<0.05),显著降低了肠上皮对荧光素异硫氰酸酯-葡聚糖的通透性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.3%纤维寡糖对上述各指标有显著影响(P<0.05),但与添加0.2%纤维寡糖作用效果无显著差异(P>0.05);饲粮中添加0.1%纤维寡糖对上述各指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加纤维寡糖可以提高生长猪的生长性能,刺激结肠肠道有益菌的增殖并抑制有害菌的增殖,改善结肠黏膜屏障。本试验条件下,纤维寡糖在生长猪饲粮中的适宜添加水平为0.2%。

摘  要:
This experiment w as conducted to investigate the effects of dietary cello-oligosaccharide on grow th performance,colonic microflora and intestinal mucosal permeability of grow ing pigs.A total of 96 grow ing pigs(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) w ith an average body w eight of 20 kg w ere randomly allocated into 4 groups w ith 3 replicates per group and 8 pigs per replicate.Pigs in the control group w ere fed a basal diet,and pigs in the experimental groups w ere fed the basal diet supplemented w ith 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% cello-oligosaccharide,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results show ed as follow s: compared w ith the control group,pigs fed diets w ith 0.2% cello-oligosaccharide had the best performance,the average daily gain w as significantly increased by 7.51%(P < 0.05),and feed / gain w as significantly decreased by 5.93%(P < 0.05);the supplementation of 0.2% cello-oligosaccharide significantly increased the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus(P < 0.05),and significantly reduced the number of Escherichia coli and Clostridium in colon(P < 0.05);through the Ussing chamber technology,pigs fed diets w ith 0.2% cello-oligosaccharide had higher transepithelial electrical resistance(TER) and low er mucosal-to-serosal flux of 4 kufluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran(FD4) permeability in colonic epithelium(P < 0.05).The supplementation of 0.3% cello-oligosaccharide had significant effects on above indexes(P < 0.05),but there w as no significant difference betw een 0.3% and 0.2% cello-oligosaccharide supplementation(P > 0.05).The supplementation of 0.1% cello-oligosaccharide did not affect above indexes(P > 0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of cello-oligosaccharide can significantly improve the grow th performance,colonic microflora and colonic mucosal barrier function of grow ing pigs.The optimal supplemental level of cello-oligosaccharide for growing pigs is 0.2%.
