日粮中添加小黑麦干酒糟对肉牛瘤胃5种代表性菌比例的影响

摘  要:
旨在检测以小黑麦干酒糟及其可溶物(TDDGS)替代肉牛日粮中的所有粗料和部分精料对5种瘤胃代表性菌(Fibrobacter succinogenes、Succinovibrio dextrinosolvens、Selenomonas ruminantium、Megasphaera elsdenii和Prevotella ruminicola)比例的影响。利用Real-time PCR法检测了饲喂TDDGS前后5种瘤胃代表性菌数量百分比的变化。结果表明,30%TDDGS组与对照组相比,瘤胃中F.succinogenes、S.ruminantium和M.elsdenii菌数量百分比均有升高,分别显著升高3倍(P﹤0.05)、10倍(P﹤0.05)和2倍(P﹤0.05),而S.dextrinosolvens和P.ruminicola菌数量百分比却都降低了,但差异均不显著。

摘  要:
The aim of this study was to explore the effects of triticale dried distillers grains with solubles( TDDGS) incorporation in beef cattle diets on the relative abundance of five rumen bacteria viz.,Fibrobacter succinogenes,Succinovibrio dextrinosolvens,Selenomonas ruminantium,Megasphaera elsdenii and Prevotella ruminicola. Realtime PCR was used to detect the gene expression of these five rumen bacteria. As compared with control group,the results showed that the relative abundance of F. succinogenes,S. ruminantium and M. elsdenii in 30% TDDGS group increased,and a 3-fold( P < 0. 05),a 10-fold( P < 0. 05) and a 2-fold( P < 0. 05) significant increase were observed respectively,however,the relative abundance of S. dextrinosolvens and P. ruminicola decreased in 30% TDDGS group but no significant differences were found.
