氯嘧磺隆混剂新配方研究

摘  要:
采用D-饱和最优回归设计,运用水培法测定小麦芽长,计算各种药剂混配后对小麦芽长的抑制率,依据试验结果建立以抑制效果为目标函数的数学模型,综合分析得出氯嘧磺隆和精喹禾灵2种药剂混配的最佳配比为氯嘧磺隆0.05 g/L+精喹禾灵0.07 g/L,并对单因素效应和互作效应进行了分析.氯嘧磺隆、精喹禾灵单剂对小麦芽长的最高抑制率分别达75.4%、86.4%,2种单剂混合后的最高抑制率为99.2%.

摘  要:
The D-Saturation Optimum Design method was used and the wheat sprouts was determined by solution culture method,and inhibitory rate of wheat sprouts was calculated after mixing various pharmaceutical,founding object functions mathematical model based on the test result.The result showed that two mixtures of chlorimuron-ethyl and quizalofop-p-ethyl have maximum inhibition to wheat sprouts;the best mixture schemes was chlorimuron-ethyl 0.05 g/L plus quizalofop-p-ethyl 0.07 g/L and analysis of single-factor effects and interaction effects were made.Inhibitory rate of chlorimuron-ethyl single-does to wheat sprouts was 75.4%,quizalofop-p-ethyl single-does to wheat sprouts was 86.4%,the maximum inhibitory rate after mixture was 99.2%.
