除草剂氯嘧磺隆对土壤酶活性的影响

摘  要:
通过实验室培养试验,研究了5、10、20、100μg.kg-1的氯嘧磺隆对土壤过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、脲酶、蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明,氯嘧磺隆对土壤酶活性的影响有显著差异。氯嘧磺隆对过氧化物酶有激活作用,并且浓度越高,激活作用越大。氯嘧磺隆在处理初期抑制多酚氧化酶活性,随后抑制作用逐渐减小,在第30 d时稳定在与对照接近水平,然后20、100μg.kg-1高浓度的处理开始产生激活作用。氯嘧磺隆对脲酶和蛋白酶的影响类似,5、10μg.kg-1低浓度氯嘧磺隆对脲酶和蛋白酶有轻微的激活作用,而20、100μg.kg-1高浓度对脲酶和蛋白酶有抑制作用。低浓度(田间低用量和田间正常用量)氯嘧磺隆对土壤酶的影响小,在试验后期能恢复到对照水平。

摘  要:
Soil enzymes play important role in metabolism processes in soil system.Soil enzyme activity can reflect intensities and directions of many biochemical processes,and is affected by lots of environmental factors such as physical,chemical,biological ingredient and so on.Therefore,soil enzyme activity can be considered as a kind of ecological toxicity indicators that assess contaminative degree and effects of xenobiotic compounds on soil environment.An incubation experiment was conducted to study the effects of chlorimuron-ethyl of 0,5,10,20 and 100 ug·kg-1dry soil on soil enzymes activities.The results indicated the effects of chlorimuron-ethyl on soil enzymes activities existed significant differences.Peroxidase activity was stimulated by chlorimuron-ethyl,and the higher the concentration of chlorimuron-ethyl the greater stimulation,and then stimulation gradually decreased and stabilized at the control level in the later experiment period.Polyphemol oxidase activity was inhibited in the first days,then the inhibition gradually decreased and stabilized at the control level in the 30th day after treatment,but it was stimulated by high concentration of chlorimuron-ethyl(20 and 100 ug·kg-1).Urease and protease activities were slightly stimulated by low concentration of chlorimuron-ethyl(5 and 10 ug·kg-1),but was strongly depressed by chlorimuron-ethyl of 20 and 100 ug·kg-1.Urease activity stabilized at the control level in the 30th day after treatment,protease activity also stabilized at the control level in the 30th day except the treatment of 100 ug·kg-1.It was suggested that low dosage of chlorimuron-ethyl(low and normal field dosage) had small effects on soil enzymes activities that could recover during the period of the experiment.
