摘  要:
本文以白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus幼虫为试虫,以校正死亡率为指标,采用单因素法和正交设计法,对红树林真菌1893的营养条件进行了筛选,以期获得高活性的代谢产物。结果表明:以蔗糖10g、酵母膏4g、粗海盐6g、MgSO4.7H2O1g、蒸馏水1000mL,pH6.5为培养条件时,代谢产物的相对效价最高,浓度为15mg/mL的代谢产物对3龄白纹伊蚊幼虫的毒杀死亡率达到了90.25%。

摘  要:
Mangrove fungus 1893 is able to produce insecticidal metabolites.In order to obtain higher insecticidal activity of its metabolites,the cultivation condition was optimized with the methods of single factor and orthogonal experiment design using Aedes albopictus as testing insect with term of adjusted insect lethal mortality as index.The results showed that the insecticidal activity was the highest when the fermentation medium was composed of sucrose 10 g,yeast extract 4 g,crude sea salt 6 g,MgSO4·7H2O 1 g,distilled water 1000 mL,and pH was 6.5.More than 90% of three-star Aedes albopictus were killed when the concentration of the crude extract was 15 mg/mL.
