摘  要:
基于2011~2012年随机调查和收集楚雄腮扁叶蜂在中国西南地区的22个自然分布点数据,并结合分布点的环境变量,采用Maxent最大熵值模型,对楚雄腮扁叶蜂在中国的适生范围进行预测研究。结果表明,楚雄腮扁叶蜂主要分布于云南大部分地区和四川、贵州、广西的部分地区,潜在分布于广东雷州半岛及海南的西部、南部沿海地区。用Maxent模型预测楚雄腮扁叶蜂潜在分布的训练数据和测试数据的AUC值均为0.997,精度极高。用刀切法对各环境变量重要性的检测表明,温度因素对楚雄腮扁叶蜂的潜在分布影响最大。

摘  要:
In this study,based on the data collected randomly from 22 geographical distribution sites in Southwestern area of China,the ecological niche models Maximum Entropy(Maxent) were used to predict the potential geographical distribution of Cephalcia chuxiongica in China,taking into account its geographical distribution and environmental variables.The results suggested that the suitable areas for C.chuxiongica were mainly restricted to most parts of Yunnan,and few parts of Sichuan,Guizhou,and Guangxi.In addition,Leizhou peninsula of Guangdong,and western and southern Hainan were predicted to have low suitability for this pest.The AUC value for training and test data predicted by Maxent was 0.997,indicating high precision.A jackknife test in Maxent showed that temperature was the most important environmental variable affecting the distribution of this pest species.
