针叶挥发物及营养物对楚雄腮扁叶蜂产卵选择的影响

摘  要：
测定了楚雄腮扁叶蜂雄蜂、抱卵雌蜂对云南松针叶粗提物、卵和针叶混合粗提物、已产卵雌蜂的趋向反应.结果显示,楚雄腮扁叶蜂抱卵雌蜂对这3种气味均表现出明显的趋向反应;与针叶粗提物相比,抱卵雌蜂对卵和针叶混合粗提物趋向反应更明显.雄蜂对针叶粗提物有明显趋性,但对卵和针叶混合粗提物、已产卵雌蜂均无趋向反应.野外调查表明,楚雄腮扁叶蜂雌蜂在云南松上的产卵数明显高于云南油杉;对松针针叶营养物的测定表明,云南松氨基酸含量比云南油杉多.

摘  要：
Tests of taxis responses of gravid females and males of Cephalica chuxiongnica Xiao to crude extracts of needles of Pinus yunnanensis Franch,mixed extract of fresh eggs and needles of the pine,egg-laying females of the pine sawfly were conducted.Gravid females showed significant taxis responses to the three odors,and preferred to the mixed extract when compared with the needle extract. Males significantly tended to the extract of needles of P. yunnanensis,and showed none selection responses to the other odors. Field investigation showed that egg-laying females on P. yunnanensis were far more than on Keteleeria evelyniana Mast. In amino acids analysis,there were more acids in needles of P. yunnanensis than needles of K. evelyniana.
