不同方法萃取温莪术中挥发油的比较研究

摘  要:
为了优化温莪术中挥发油的提取工艺并筛选最佳提取方法,采用正交试验方法研究了影响温莪术中挥发油提取的因素。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取的最佳提取工艺为压力25MPa,时间2h,温度65℃,提取率能达到4.5%。水蒸汽蒸馏法最佳工艺路线为粒度10目,时间为9h,倍数10倍,提取率能达到2.5%。说明超临界CO2萃取法的提取率高,是提取温莪术挥发油值得推广和有前景的一种方法。

摘  要:
The cross experiment was used in order to optimize the extracting process of volatile oil in Curcuma.wenyujin,and select the best extracting method.The results showed that the extracting rate of supercritical CO2 extraction was the highest,it was the worthy method of extracting volatile oil of Curcuma.wenyujin.The best extracting process of supercritical CO2 extraction was extraction pressure 25 MPa,2 hours,temperature 65℃,the extracting rate achieved to 4.5%.The best extracting process of Stream distillation was as follows:10 particle size,9 hours,10 times,the extracting rate achieved to 2.5%.
