根际促生菌改善温莪术连作障碍初探

摘  要:
[目的]筛选能较好改善连作障碍对温莪术导致的产量下降和品质劣化的优良PGPR菌株.[方法]将分离所得的6个PGPR菌株回接到温郁金根际土壤中,对比其对温莪术增产的差异.[结果]6个PGPR菌株均有增产作用,其中增产幅度最大的为固氮菌属菌株,产量比对照增加了55.27%;最小的为微球菌属菌株,仅较对照增产7.16%.2个假单胞菌属菌株处理的增产幅度均达到显著水平,2个乳杆菌属菌株仅有一个增产效果达到显著水平.[结论]固氮菌、假单胞菌及部分乳杆菌属菌株能有效改善温莪术连作障碍.

摘  要:
[Objective]Screening excellent PGPR strains which could relieveing continuous cropping obstacle that lead to yield reduction and quality badness of Curcuma wenyujin.[Method]The six isolated PGPR strains were reinoculated to rhizosphere soil of Curcuma wenyujin and the yield-increasing effect were compared.[Result] The six PGPR strains all had yield-increasing effects.The treatment of Azotobacter strain had the highest yield and the increasing in yield was 55.27%.The yield-increasing effect of treatment of Micrococcus strain were the lowest and the increasing in yield was only 7.16%.The yield-increasing effect of two Pseudomonas strains both reached significant level.The yield-increasing effect of only one of the two Lactobacillus strains treatments reached significant level but the other was not.[Conclusion] Azotobacter,Pseudomonas and Lactobacillus strains all could relieveing continuous cropping obstacle of Curcuma wenyujin.
