紫茎不同径级个体光合荧光特性的比较研究

摘  要:
利用LI-6400光合分析仪、PAM-2100荧光仪和SPAD-502叶绿素计,于2018年7月中旬分别对清凉峰国家级自然保护区内紫茎Stewartia sinensis 3种径级[幼树(包括幼苗)(胸径≤2 cm)、中树(2<胸径≤8 cm)和大树(胸径>8cm)]叶片的光合参数、快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线和叶绿素相对含量进行测定,同时测定其生境小气候因子,探究不同径级个体的光合生理参数差异及其对种群濒危可能带来的影响。研究结果表明:(1)不同径级紫茎叶片的净光合速率(Pn)大小变化顺序为:大树(6.42μmol·m-2·s-1)>幼树(5.20μmol·m-2·s-1)>中树(3.47μmol·m-2·s-1)。(2)3种径级紫茎叶片的光补偿点(LCP)变化范围在6.67~18.67μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点(LSP)变化在241.33~504.00μmol·m-2·s-1,表明紫茎的光强生态幅较为狭窄;(3)叶片相对叶绿素含量SPAD值大小变化为:大树>中树>幼树,表明适当遮光有利于紫茎叶片色素的合成从而进一步提高其在弱光下的光合速率。(4)紫茎中树叶片叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线与幼树、大树植株之间差异显著(P<0.05),说明相比其余2种径级植株,中树受到弱光抑制。

摘  要:
Determinations were implemented in July 2018 on photosynthetic characteristics, fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamic and relative chlorophyll content of Stewartia sinensis with different diameter classes(small: DBH≤2 cm, medium: 28 cm), as well as on microclimate of determined plant in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve, Zhejiang province. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of S. sinensis was large > small > medium. The light compensation point of S. sinensis with different diameter classes ranged from 6.67 to 18.67μmol·m-2·s-1, and light saturation point from 241.33 to 504.00 μmol·m-2·s-1, indicating that S. sinensis had a low level of light adaptation. Relative chlorophyll content in leaves of S. sinensis was ordered by large > medium > small, suggesting that shading was in favour of photosynthetic pigment for better photosynthesis under weak light. It had significant difference of fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamic between medium and large, small(P<0.05), revealing that medium suffered weak light suppression.
