保山市温泉旅游资源开发潜力评价

摘  要：
以保山地区温泉资源为研究对象,运用灰色统计分析(GST)、层次分析法(AHP)、GIS空间分析法,建立温泉旅游资源开发潜力综合评价模型,并对其开发潜力进行评价。结果表明:1)评价体系中权重值由大到小的排序为温泉资源禀赋(0.524 7)>社会经济要素(0.333 8)>人文经济要素(0.141 5);2)保山地区的Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级开发潜力的温泉资源分别为102处、52处、19处、12处,具备极高的开发价值和潜力;3)温泉资源开发会受到温泉周边坡度、地貌和交通因素影响。据此提出应对策略,以期为其他区域温泉资源合理开发利用提供参考。

摘  要：
Taking the hot spring resources in Baoshan area as the research object, the comprehensive evaluation model of hot spring tourism resources development potential was established by using the gray statistical analysis theory(GST), analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and GIS spatial analysis method and the development potential was evaluated. The results show that: 1) In the evaluation system, the order of weight values is: hot spring resource endowment(0.524 7)> social and economic elements(0.333 8)> human and economic elements(0.141 5); 2) There are 102, 52, 19 and 12 hot spring resources of grade I, II, III and IV development potential in Baoshan area, which have high development value and potential; 3) The source development will be affected by the slope, landform and traffic factors around the hot spring. Based on this, the countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for the reasonable development and utilization of hot spring resources in other regions.
