新型冷弯翼缘闭合组合受弯构件的力学性能

摘  要:
利用空翼缘梁的独特截面优势,以空翼缘梁及其适当变形后的翼缘多折线空翼缘梁为基础,将两种截面经过合理变形,并经两两组合电弧点焊形成两类新型截面形式——翼缘闭合组合截面DHF1、DHF2。采用非线性有限元方法,通过分析新型截面受弯构件的弯矩—曲率曲线、参数变化极限弯矩曲线和变形云图,全面考查了截面高度、截面宽度、板件厚度和闭合区高度比等参数对构件的变形模式、屈曲特征、极限弯矩、中点相对挠度等方面力学性能的影响规律。研究表明,新型截面构件的受压侧板件局部屈曲不易出现,从而抗弯能力和抗局部变形能力强,并且当闭合区高度比较大时构件的延性较好。冷弯翼缘闭合新型组合截面作为受弯构件具有较为优越的力学性能,可以深入试验研究并合理推广使用。

摘  要:
Based on the hollow flange beam (HFB) section and another flange stiffened HFB section,two new types of cold-formed flange-closed welding sections called DHF1 and DHF2 were developed through changing the component of section and section parameters of the two hollow flange section beams.Nonlinear finite element method is applied to study the sta-tic behaviors including moment-curvature curves,flexural capacity-parameter curves and deformation plots of the new section bending members.The mechanical behaviors such as deformation modes,buckling characteristics,flexural capacity and relative deflections of the middle span of the two new types of section bending members are overall analyzed when the section height,section width,thickness and height ratio of the hollow flange part are changing.It can be concluded that the local buckling stress of the new sections enhances significantly,which improves the flexural capacity of the members.The ductility of the new section members strengthens significantly when the height ratio of the hollow flange part is relatively bigger.The two new types of sections are proved to have some superior static behaviors.Further experimental study on the two new types of sections should be conducted and they could be used in the practical engineering reasonably.
