摘  要：
为了提升山西省夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流技术水平,本项目在对山西省主产区夏秋蔬菜从采后处理、预冷、包装、贮运到销售的一系列环节跟踪调研基础上,分析了夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流存在的具体问题,并总结了夏秋蔬菜保鲜物流的技术需求,就完善冷链物流衔接、产业标准化建设及流通信息网络建设等方面提出了发展对策。

摘  要：
In order to improve the fresh-keeping logistics technology of summer and autumn vegetables in Shanxi province, this project tracked and investigated a series of links of summer and autumn vegetables from post-harvest, pre-cooling, packaging, storage and transportation to sales in the main producing areas of Shanxi province. This paper analyzed the specific problems on fresh-keeping logistics of summer and autumn vegetables, summarized the technical requirements, and put forward the development countermeasures on perfecting cold chain logistics connection, industrial standardization construction and circulation information network construction.
