高压共轨柴油机轨压控制和匹配研究

摘  要:
进行了高压共轨柴油机轨道压力控制和匹配研究。通过试验优化调压阀控制信号频率,压力控制的周期和轨道压力的采样、滤波、控制方法,采用定相位采样、中位置滤波、定周期调节控制的方案,能够将压力迅速控制到目标压力,适应发动机因工况变化而引起的轨压的快速变化。同时,设计了发动机轨压匹配和修正策略。在共轨柴油机上验证了轨压采样、控制方法和轨压的发动机匹配及修正策略。

摘  要:
The controlling of rail pressure of high pressure common rail diesel engine is studied. The frequency of the controlling single for pressure controlling valve, the period of verifying the control single and the methods of pressure sampling, controlling and filtering are investigated. It is proved that the strategies of using fixed interval phase sampling, fixed interval time interrupt controlling; arithmetic mean filtering could control the rail pressure at any value on any engine working conditions. The corrections of rail pressure at different conditions are designed. The sampling, controlling and corrections strategies of rail pressure were validated by experiment on engine test bench.
